The Bar
There is a place you have to know to find,
There is a place that is one of a kind,
It is a bar in uptown Blanes and what they serve is joy,
It is a bar where a man can really be a boy,
Where friends are made by stepping on a foot,
Where when you feel shit you actually feel good,
Where sorrows are forgotten and hearts are broken,
And the international language of a smile is spoken,
Where a person can be himself without being considered a fool,
Where if you know how to be nice you are always cool,
The name of this place is Ricky´s Bar
But don´t ever go there if you´re not a least bit bizarre!!

About Me
Coming
up to my 32nd year in Spain ,another season is over and looking forward to the
winter months, which contrary to what people think,tend to get rather cold at
night.I have a long suffering girlfriend of nearly 21 years,Margaret who has
given me a lot of support during that time who I would like to thank very much......
The Bar
The bar has been
open since the 24th of May 1986 and has changed quite a bit since that famous
day when there were more people from Lloret than Blanes in the bar.....
Opening Times
Every day from
18.00 until about 02.00 with Monday as my day off and the bar is closed.All the
live football you could wish for and every now and then a game of darts and
dice.........
